Final Training Before the World Cup
Blue Lock Chapter 311 starts with just one day left before the U-20 World Cup begins. Blue Lock team is going through their last training. Isagi is locked in and wants everyone to play at world-class level.
He calls out Hiori for being a step slow, which Karasu does not like. He thinks Isagi is being too harsh on someone who is nervous before the match.
This leads to a small clash between Isagi and Karasu. Isagi says there is nothing wrong with having high standards if the goal is to win.
Aiku shows up and cools things down, reminding both of them that passion is good, but they should stay in sync as a team. Rin also throws in a line calling Isagi a “pretentious demon king” for trying to take the spotlight.
Buratsuta’s Side-B Project
Out of nowhere, Japan Football Union Chairman Buratsuta shows up. He makes a surprise announcement: the final U-20 team won’t just have 23 players, but 26.
He has control over the last 3 slots. We already knew this from the Blue Lock Chapter 308, but it was a surprise for the 23 selected players.
He already chose one without a test, Itoshi Sae. He will join during the knockout stage as Sae Itoshi only wants to play against Spain to defeat Bunny.
The other 2 slots will be decided through a new selection called Blue Lock Japan Last 2: SIDE-B. It will bring back 300 previously eliminated or ignored players from Blue Lock.
These players will battle for the remaining two spots. This selection will be aired on B.L.T.V. for hype and money.

Ryosuke Kira is Back
The biggest twist is the return of Ryosuke Kira. He was the first player ever eliminated from Blue Lock back in Chapter 2 when Isagi hit him with the ball in tag.
Ego said back then that anyone eliminated cannot play for Japan again. But now, Kira is part of SIDE-B it seems.
Isagi questions Ego about this. Ego says that the rule has not changed. He has no plan to use anyone from Buratsuta’s selection, no matter what happens.
Ego says Buratsuta is being used to fuel the official Blue Lock team. The media hype and competition will only make Blue Lock stronger.
Nagi Seishiro Joins Side-B in Blue Lock Chapter 311 Spoilers
The final reveal confirms that Nagi has also accepted Buratsuta’s offer. After his talk with Igaguri in Blue Lock Chapter 310, Nagi’s ego reignited.
He was lost and doing nothing until Igaguri reminded him that real players keep moving forward, even when they fall.
So now the Buratsuta 3 are:
