Blue Box Chapter 197 will be released on May 25th, 2025, at 8 AM Pacific Time (PT) on Manga Plus on Sunday. The New Year’s Celebration arc is still ongoing. Chinatsu has finally moved out of Taiki’s house, into a new apartment.

Chinatsu’s New Place and First Kiss
The last chapter mainly takes place in Chinatsu’s empty apartment. She asked Taiki to stay with her for a while since she wanted to spend more time with him. At the start, she is showing where she plans to keep the furniture and everything else.
Then she adds a rule in their relationship that if Taiki speaks too politely or calls her senpai three times, she is going to punish him. After that, Taiki gives her a gift, a mini printer, so they can save memories together.
Later in the chapter, Chinatsu talks about the time when the rumor about Taiki kissing Hina started. She knew it did not happen, but she still felt jealous. Right after that, we finally get the first kiss between Taiki and Chinatsu in the manga. The chapter ends with Chinatsu saying she wants more, talking about the kiss.

What To Expect From Blue Box Chapter 197?
Blue Box Chapter 197 will likely pick up right after the kiss between Taiki and Chinatsu. Since they are not living together anymore, and Taiki has to go back home, the romantic scene will probably come to a natural end in the next chapter.
Back in Chapter 194, Chinatsu had told Taiki he could come over anytime. But Taiki told her that if he really started doing that, his mom might actually disown him. So even though this moment is huge for both of them, Taiki can’t just stay over.
The upcoming chapter will most likely wrap up the kiss and shift back to daily life after this romantic turning point.
