TBATE Episode 6 will be released on 8th May, 2025 at 12:45 AM JST in Japan. The anime has been fun to watch so far, story-wise. However, animation-wise, it is still far from what this series really deserves. Studio A-Cat has ruined a lot of good scenes with the quality, even though recent episodes have shown slight improvements. Still, it is not enough.
In the last episode, Arthur helped Tessia Eralith return to her home in Elenoir. She was actually captured by slave traders, but Arthur saved her. What he did not know was that Tessia was actually royalty, the princess of Elenoir and daughter of the current king.
After they used the portal to Elenoir, Arthur was immediately detained by the elf soldiers. The elves have a long history of war with humans, so they were already hostile toward him. But Tessia’s grandfather Virion, the former king, showed up and stopped them. Later, Tessia’s parents also arrived and she explained that Arthur was the one who saved her life. Still, most of them did not trust him right away.
At the end of the episode, Virion suddenly attacked Arthur to test him and then challenged him to a duel. After seeing Arthur’s reaction and strength, Virion offered to take him in as his disciple. In return, he promised to help Arthur send a message to his parents using magic so they won’t be worried. The official previews of TBATE Episode 6 have been released as well:

TBATE Episode 6 titled “The King Begins His Training” will be released on 8th May at 8:45 AM PT in the USA and UK regions. While in Japan, the episode will be released at 12:45 PM JST.
The episode will be available on Crunchyroll for international users, and in Japan, the episode will be released on Fuji TV as well. I have attached the complete release schedule below:

What To Expect From TBATE Episode 6?
Since the last episode ended with Virion offering to take Arthur in as his disciple, the next episode will pick up right from there. Arthur will think about whether he should accept the offer or not. But considering everything, it is clear what choice he will make.
Virion also told him that he can contact his parents using magic from Elenoir, which gives Arthur a bit more peace of mind. He has been worried about not being able to inform them about his situation, so this helps. On top of that, Arthur wants to get stronger, and becoming Virion’s disciple will definitely help with that. Virion is the former king and one of the strongest elves around.
So, Arthur will end up accepting the offer and officially become Virion’s student. Also, the official synopsis for TBATE Episode 6 is already out now. So we will finally see how Arthur’s training under Virion begins.
Arthur, who was told that there was a way to let Reynolds and Alice know that he is safe, visits a witch’s house with Virion. There, he is able to see his parents using a special magic. After witnessing his parents’ grief, Arthur begins training under Virion so that he can protect those he cares about and control the violent power that resides within him.
