Lookism Chapter 555 finally showed what Diego Kang was actually going to reveal, moreover, it is now confirmed that a war is definitely coming. Kitae Kim is already moving ahead with his plan, and Jake Kim also made it clear that he is going to fight him again.
This chapter felt more like a proper setup for the upcoming fights. In Lookism Chapter 554, Kitae Kim already said that he wants to bring back the same chaos that the 0th generation caused. He does not agree with what his father did. According to him, Gapryong Kim should have ruled all of Korea and even invaded Japan instead of joining politics. Now Kitae wants to become the next Gapryong, and this time he is planning to throw the whole country into war again.
On the other side, James Lee is also making his own move. Same thing he told Daniel Park during the Busan arc, that he wants to remove all evil from society. He gave that exact same speech again during the press conference where he announced that he is entering politics.
Diego Kang Enters Politics While Kitae Kim Brings In Ex Circle Members in Lookism Chapter 555
Diego Kang called a press conference and announced that he is joining politics. While a lot of people in Korea look at him as a hero after what he did to Charles Choi, most did not like the idea of him going into politics. They thought he is not being serious and maybe just treating it like a joke. But then assemblyman Gibok Jan came out and confirmed that Diego Kang will join his party. After that, Diego said he wants to make a society that’s free from evil.
Jinrang Woke Up in Busan
In Busan, Jinrang finally woke up. But the first thing he heard was that his best friend, Sang Baek died. No 5 and No 6 also died. Daniel Park is blaming himself for what happened. But Jake Kim and others told him it is not his fault and tried to calm him down.
Jake Kim also said that he is going to fight Kitae Kim and confirmed that the war is coming.
Kitae Kim Calls Old Circle Members
Kitae Kim is now trying to rebuild the same kind of group his father once had. So he called a secret meeting and invited all the ex-circle members and kings who have not been shown in Lookism before.
Some of them include the King of Yongin, the King of Paju, the King of Pohang, and other fighters from the second generation who follow them. One major name that was invited too is Gentleman, who was also part of the pre-generation.
Kitae Kim showed up at the meeting and was introduced properly. Some people were shocked when they found out he is Gapryong Kim’s son. But others did not respect him at all and said that he is just a result of Gapryong’s lust.
The chapter ends with King of Pohang, Museok Jang, facing off with Kitae Kim. So the next chapter might go two ways. Either Kitae starts another fight to scare everyone into joining him, or maybe they all agree since it looks like most of them have the same goal anyway.
