Blue Box Chapter 205, titled “What’re You Doing?”, picks up right after the train station cliffhanger from the last chapter.
What started off as a normal end to the Kyoto trip takes a different and rather unique turn as the love triangle between Taiki, Chinatsu, and Hina gets thrown back into focus.
Just when it looked like Hina might have finally moved on and would likely start a new relationship with the junior Yusa, this chapter flips everything again.

Taiki Jumps Off the Train After Finding Out About Hina in Blue Box Chapter 205
The major moment in Blue Box Chapter 205 is Taiki jumping off the train after overhearing that Hina is left behind and is alone on the platform. This was expected after last week’s ending, but the way it plays out still hits differently.
Now, Taiki and Hina are alone at Kyoto’s train station. Back in Chapter 77, Taiki rejected Hina. Things were awkward after that, but later, they slowly returned to normal.
By Blue Box Chapter 103, Taiki had confessed to Chinatsu, and they officially started dating. In Chapter 109, during his birthday, things between Hina and Taiki were shown to be better again. She even told Nina that she had moved on. There were signs that she might be opening up to Yusa, before the Kyoto arc began.
Chinatsu and Yumeka
Blue Box Chapter 205 opens up with Hina looking panicked and alone on the platform. Then the scene switches back in time to show what Chinatsu has been up to. During the Kyoto arc, she was mostly in the background, so this chapter fills in the gap.
Chinatsu is shown settling into her new routine at her new apartment. She meets Yumeka at the gym.
Yumeka brings up some emotional stuff, like this year might be tough for Chinatsu and Taiki since she is starting college and he is still in high school. There could be less time together, and Chinatsu might start feeling lonely.
But Chinatsu does not seem too bothered. She says she is not worried and that it is all for Taiki’s sake.
Neighbour Shows Up Again
Later, she meets her new neighbor again in the hallway of her apartment, the one introduced back in Blue Box Chapter 199. He seems friendly.
Last time he gave her ramen as a welcome gift, this time he gives her biscuits. There is a short moment where Chinatsu thinks he smells good, but there is nothing deeper shown there.
Back in Blue Box Chapter 199, we briefly saw this neighbor show up at her door and not much else.
Right now, it looks like Miura might be slowly building him up for something, maybe even a misunderstanding later. But that is just a guess.
Hina and Taiki Alone
Blue Box Chapter 205 then comes back to the present. Hina had gone to check on a classmate who was late. That is why she missed the train. Just as the doors were closing, Taiki spotted her and jumped off.
Now the two are alone in Kyoto. Taiki calls their teacher, who just tells them to take the next train. Hina claims that she would have been fine all by herself but her reaction says otherwise.
HMPH! I would have been fine, ALL BY MYSELF, YOU KNOW!
Hina Chono
The chapter ends with a close-up on Hina’s face. She is overwhelmed and trying to keep it together.
She was not expecting this, especially Taiki jumping off from train just for her sake. Just when she was starting to move on, she was suddenly alone again with the person she had feelings for.
Blue Box 205 Review: Triangle Might Be Coming Back
This chapter caught a lot of fans off guard. Right when it felt like the love triangle was finally being left behind, it might be starting up again. And while many fans are tired of the “Taiki and Hina” setup, this time feels different.
While Taiki just wanted to help Hina, the way it looks is going to bring a lot of drama. Even if his reason was just to help, this one action puts Hina in a tough spot again.
She has to deal with the feelings she was working hard to push away. At the same time, Chinatsu is still unaware of what is going on, and her part of the story might get more complicated too.

The moment with the neighbor might turn into something in the future, maybe it might not. But either way, there is obviously a shift happening, and the clean direction of Blue Box is starting to feel shaky again.
