Kaiju No. 8 is officially coming back! It was already confirmed last year after Season 1 ended, the release window is confirmed, for July 2025!
During Jump Festa 2025, a teaser visual was revealed, and now at AnimeJapan 2025, we got even more exciting news, the first trailer for Kaiju No. 8 Season 2 has just been released!
What Will Kaiju No 8 Season 2 Cover?
The first season concluded on June 29, 2024, covering the first three arcs and ending on the Kaiju Captured Arc (Chapters 1-38).
Now, Kaiju No 8 Season 2 will pick up right where it left off, adapting the Kaiju Weapon Arc and the Compatible User Arc.

In a world plagued by creatures known as Kaiju, Kafka Hibino aspired to enlist in The Defense Force. He makes a promise to enlist with his childhood friend, Mina Ashiro.
