Blue Lock has officially entered the U-20 World Cup arc, and chapter 303 confirmed that only 47 days are left before the tournament begins. This chapter revealed that a total of 64 countries will be taking part, including all the nations where New Generation World XI players come from.

One of the confirmations from this chapter is that Julian Loki will be playing in the U-20 World Cup. Loki is known as the French Prodigy, and a lot of fans thought he would not play in the U-20 since he is already a pro-level player. Many expected him to only appear in the main World Cup later on.

Who is Julian Loki in Blue Lock?

Julian Loki is a French player and is known as the God Sprinter in the Blue Lock story. He is also the Master Striker of Paris X Gen, which is a pro team in the French league. Loki first showed up during the Third Selection as part of the World Five, a team made up of international players.

He later returned in the Neo Egoist League as the coach of Paris X Gen and also joined the final match of the league for a short time.

In the latest chapter, there was a press conference going on, and one of the questions asked was about the possibility of seeing Loki vs Rin and Kaiser vs Isagi in the World Cup. Anri confirmed that those matchups are going to happen, which means Julian Loki will take part in the U-20 World Cup officially.
