Dandadan Season 2 runs till Episode 12, which adapts up to Chapter 71 of the manga. The anime covers pretty much full Kaiju Arc and ends right on the moment where a new character, Vamola, shows up and kisses Okarun in front of Momo.

What Happened in the Dandadan Season 2 Finale?
The last episode of Season 2 was all about the fight against the space kaiju. Momo and the group used the nanoskin from her house to form a giant Buddha-like robot.
Kinta took control and piloted it with his imagination. At first, he landed some good hits, but the kaiju’s invisibility turned the fight around and almost destroyed the mecha.
With Kinta struggling, Momo used her psychic power through the robot while Aira wrapped the kaiju with her hair ability.
Together, they exposed the monster and slammed it down with a huge powerbomb that finally ended the fight.
When the dust settled, Okarun unzipped the kaiju suit and found a girl inside. As she woke up, she kissed him out of nowhere, right when Momo walked outside and saw everything. That was the big cliffhanger that concluded Dandadan Season 2.
