Taesoo Ma’s Warning
Lookism Chapter 561 starts with a flashback between Daniel and Taesoo Ma. Taesoo tells him not to get comfortable in Incheon. Daniel thinks he can handle it since he already fought Jaegyeon, but Taesoo asks him if he really thinks that was Jaegyeon’s full strength. He also reminds Daniel that Incheon is still independent for a reason. The kings here are not normal fighters. That sets up the idea that Jaegyeon held back during their Busan fight.

Jaegyeon Na True Strength Revealed in Lookism Chapter 561
Then we shift back to the present, where Jaegyeon completely dominates Daniel with repeated kicks. Daniel tries to defend, but barely reacts. That is when he starts realizing Jaegyeon was not serious before. He enters heat mode and tries to counter, but it’s useless. His attacks don’t do anything.
Jaegyeon tells him the same thing Kitae Kim and Jinrang did. Daniel has not hit his wall yet. And until he does, he can not break through and create his own unique skill.
Yeowool Ha Explains Unique Skill
The scene shifts to Yeowool Ha, who gives a proper explanation of what a unique skill actually is. According to Yeowool Ha, it’s a move only transcenders can make. Some build it using strength and speed, while others rely on technique and precision to counter the attack of the opponent. Jaegyeon Na has one called Overturning Void. It lets him redirect force and add his own speed to deliver a massive impact.
Even though Daniel is in heat mode, Jaegyeon easily neutralizes his attacks using this skill. Daniel still gets up after all that, showing that even if he does not have a path yet, he is still strong enough to take on the top-tier characters of Lookismverse.

What Is the Path to Mastery?
The idea of hitting the wall and pushing past your limits is now becoming a core part of the story again, especially after everything that happened in Busan. This whole concept was once explained by Sinu Han, and it is now being used again in Daniel Park’s fights. When a fighter faces someone way stronger and keeps fighting past their own limit, they can reach a new state. That is the start of the path to mastery. It is not something everyone gets to. Only the ones who push through that moment without giving up unlock faster growth after that.
Recently, in the story, Daniel even asked Gun Park about this directly. Gun said that anyone who breaks through their limits can reach mastery, but that limit is different for everyone. Some people hit it fast, while others take much longer, even with the same experience and training.
He explained that both Daniels have a much higher threshold. That is why they have not unlocked mastery yet, but eventually they will. Gun also said that there is a difference between mastery and path.
The path is something personal. It is a skill or move that only that fighter can create, something that fits only their way of fighting. Not everyone who reaches mastery finds their path. It is rare and specific to the person.
Jaegyeon Was Just Testing Daniel
After showing off his power, Jaegyeon suddenly stops and hands Daniel the phone. Turns out he did not call James Lee. It was Taesoo Ma all along. The whole fight was just a test. Jaegyeon wants Daniel to join him and the Speed gang. He says he wants to stop the internal war in Incheon and unite the city.
Daniel does not trust him at first. But Jaegyeon invites him to walk through the city and shows him what Incheon really looks like. He explains that people left because of the war, not because of him. Also, the scammers who targeted Daniel earlier only did that because he was possibly aligning with Yujae Seon. The same thing happened to Jake Kim.
This chapter also revealed more about Speed’s internal ranking. There are two Number 2s in this group, Roy Kwon and Sung Jegal.

Just when things feel stable, Yujae Seon’s men show up and start attacking. But instead of fighting, Jaegyeon and Speed run. Daniel questions this. He says if Jaegyeon is at Yujae’s level, then why is he running? Jaegyeon answers that he actually wants to surrender. But the people in Incheon still trust him and want him to lead. Lookism Chapter 561 ends with Jaegyeon asking Daniel if he now wants to ally with Speed after hearing all this.
