In JJK Chapter 233 and 234, Gojo faced Sukuna, Mahoraga, and a new shikigami called Merged Beast Agito, basically a 1v3 situation. Gojo quickly figured out Agito was a major threat due to the healing aspect and decided to eliminate it first.

What is Merged Beast Agito?
Agito is a special shikigami made by fusing four other Ten Shadows summons: Nue, Great Serpent, Tiger Funeral, and Round Deer. Round Deer is the important one here, because it gives Agito healing powers through reverse-cursed energy.
Agito could heal itself like Mahoraga. So Gojo knew it had to be taken out in one clean hit. Agito also flies and fights using charged physical attacks.
That’s Nue, combined with parts of the Great Serpent, Tiger Funeral, and Round Deer. The key is Round Deer’s regeneration. It has not adapted to Limitless Cursed Technique, but the condition for me to win is to destroy them with one punch just like for Mahoraga.

Why Sukuna Used Agito in JJK 234?
Back when Sukuna was still inside Yuji’s body, he was studying every strong sorcerer. He saw Megumi’s Ten Shadows as the only thing that could break through Gojo’s Infinity. That is why he took Megumi’s body after breaking his mind.
Now using Megumi’s cursed technique in new ways, Sukuna summoned both Mahoraga and Agito to overpower Gojo with numbers and regeneration, since it can heal Sukuna.
I can’t let Sukuna heal. I need to priotize destroying Agito

Gojo Had To One Shot Agito To Defeat It
Gojo noticed Agito was using Round Deer’s healing. So just like Mahoraga, it had to be one-shotted. He came up with a plan:
Stun Agito
He used a Black Flash punch to hit Agito in the stomach. It was not to finish it, just to create an opening. But Agito healed almost instantly.
Blue at Full Power
Gojo formed a small sphere of Cursed Technique: Blue on his fist. Then he punched it into Agito’s stomach.
He activated Blue at maximum output. That created a huge pulling force that crushed Agito from the inside. It had no chance to recover and was destroyed on the spot.

Redirecting the Attack
Gojo did not let the force go to waste. After crushing Agito, he redirected the pull effect toward Sukuna.
Mahoraga had to block it and move Sukuna out of the way. This gave Gojo breathing room and flipped the fight back in his favor.
