Yoshida did not die. The latest chapter confirmed she was not aiming at him. She actually aimed at the wall and blew it up so she could escape the cafe with Denji. Chainsaw Man 192 is another chapter packed with heavy dialogue.
Fujimoto is really doing Asa dirty. Instead of giving her those moments with Denji, he is letting Yoru take over while Asa just sits back and watches Yoru doing all those things using her own body to her love interest.
The chapter also confirmed that Nayuta is officially dead. When the Death Devil arrives on Earth all the top devils, like the Fire Devil and the new reincarnation of the Control Devil will be there to greet her.
Another big reveal is that Denji is now going to search for the Blood Devil’s reincarnation in this arc.
In Chainsaw Man, when a devil dies, they first reincarnate in Hell before being reborn on Earth. But if Chainsaw Man eats them, they completely disappear no memories, no concept, nothing.
Power, the previous Blood Devil was killed by Makima because she wanted to break Denji so she could control Pochita.
But before she died, Power made Denji promise to find the new Blood Devil once it’s reborn in Hell and turn it back into Power.
Now it looks like that moment is finally here. However, Power also confirmed that when they will meet again, they will be enemies.
Yoru Runs Off With Denji in Chainsaw Man 192
Chainsaw Man 192 starts with Yoru blasting a hole in the cafe wall, grabbing Denji and running away. Just like the chapter title suggests “How Devils Play” Yoru tells Denji, “I’ll show you how devils play”.
Fami, Yoshida, and Fumiko do not even try to stop them. Fami just stays silent the whole time. Denji also does not bring up Nayuta with Fami but it seems like he fully blames Public Safety for her death.
As they land outside some people mistake Denji for another fake Chainsaw Man and try to attack him. Yoru steps in killing one of them with her finger bullet. By this point, Denji has already transformed because Yoru pulled his ripcord while they were falling.
Denji calls her out for killing someone but Yoru mocks him right back reminding him that he was just eating people in the Aging World (since he had to eat humans to keep Pochita alive).
Before Yoru can start more trouble, Denji quickly changes the topic saying, “Let’s go eat somewhere. I know a good place.”
Yoru and Denji Go to a Chinese Restaurant
Denji grabs Yoru and carries her away while she tries to shoot at the people following them. He stops her by biting her finger so she can not fire.
The place he was talking about turned out to be ManMan Chinese Restaurant, but it is completely wrecked now.
Denji says this place used to make really good pot stickers. Yoru checks the freezer and finds some frozen ones, then offers to cook them.
Yoru Cooks for Denji
Before they can start cooking, the restaurant owner suddenly shows up holding a weapon. Denji tries to de-escalate, but Yoru just kills him anyway.
Then, she cooks the frozen pot stickers, and they sit down to eat, watching the moon while the restaurant burns in the background.
Denji asks if he will ever get to meet the Fire Devil. Yoru tells him that once the Death Devil arrives on Earth, all the high-ranking devils, including the Fire Devil, will come to greet her.
Denji then asks if the new Control Devil will be there too. Yoru says even if she does show up, she won’t be Nayuta, since Nayuta is dead.
Denji’s Promise to Find the Blood Devil
Denji then tells Yoru about the promise he made to Power—to find the Blood Devil’s reincarnation and befriend her again. He remembers how much fun he had with Power before Makima took everything away from him.

He also says that after everything, Yoru and Asa are the only friends he has left. Yoru reminds him that she is planning to turn him into a weapon, so does he really still see her as a friend?
Denji just shrugs and says he does not care, because it’s been a long time since he’s actually had fun.
Hearing that, Yoru suddenly sits on Denji’s lap, looking straight at him, and teasingly asks, “Is this fun too?” It is pretty clear now that Yoru is starting to catch real feelings for Denji.
Final Words
The recent chapters made it clear that Public Safety’s only real option now is to rely on the War Devil. And the only way Yoru can win against the Death Devil is by turning Chainsaw Man into one of her weapons.
Asa wanted Denji to live a normal life without being tied to the devil. Meanwhile, Yoru wanted to defeat Chainsaw Man take his powers, and turn him into a weapon so she could become the most feared devil. Fami revealed that there is a way to keep Denji alive even after Yoru takes away his powers.
Half of that already happened she did manage to defeat Chainsaw Man, but she still has not turned him into a weapon yet. But before any of that happens, it looks like Denji is going to look for the Blood Devil first.
