Rent A Girlfriend Season 3 ended with Chizuru finally crying in front of Kazuya after losing her grandmother, something she had been holding in for a while. Even though she quickly went back to acting like nothing happened, Kazuya realized how much he actually cares for her. Mini also told him that now is the time to ask her out properly instead of treating it like a rental job.
