Lookism’s next big war is getting close. Most of the first-generation kings have already picked their side. On one side, there is Kitae Kim and James Lee. They are trying to bring back the old chaos from the pre-gen era. Kitae wants to take over the underworld and become its new king. On the other side, Jake Kim is building an alliance to stop him.
He knows Kitae is a real threat, and from what we have seen in the Busan arc, he is currently the biggest threat. That is why Jake is bringing in strong fighters and trying to unite the people who want to stop things from going back to how they were.
In the last chapter, Big Deal’s leader, Jake, and their number 6, Lineman, went to Incheon. At the same time, Kitae Kim has already teamed up with some of the other first-gen kings. He has even brought in a pre-generation beast known as “Gentleman”.
Daniel also made a move. He went to see Gun Park in prison. He wanted to learn more about Mastery and why he has not achieved it yet. Because next time he fights someone like Kitae Kim, he wants to be strong enough to protect the people around him.

Hwarang Sword Mentioned
Hwarang Sword was also mentioned in the recent chapter, nothing much is known about this sword. Back in Lookism Chapter 527, Gun Park mentioned that Goo Kim used the Hwarang sword to cut down his master and ran away with the sword.
And in the recent chapter, Goo Kim receives a message that the Hwarang Sword is in Incheon, while Goo Kim said that someone must be pranking him, but it seems he might also be heading to Incheon in Lookism Chapter 558.

Where To Read Lookism?
This release date is for the Korean version on Naver Webtoon, not the English one. The English release on Line Webtoon is still way behind, right now, it is around Chapter 546. Even though both platforms are owned by Naver Corporation, the chapters don’t come out at the same time.
After a chapter is released in Korean, it takes extra time to get translated and edited properly. Also, not every Korean webtoon gets cleared for global release right away. It depends on copyright, contract deals, and sometimes the themes, too.

What To Expect From Lookism Chapter 558?
We still don’t know much about Jaegyeon Na. He first showed up in Chapter 481 during the King Of arc. Later, it was revealed that he made a deal with James Lee and started helping him take down the first-generation kings, which is why James Lee did not fight Jaegyeon Na back then. This was part of the plan to bring in the new age of crews under Charles Choi’s system.
The Half-Assed King Mystery
Back in the Busan arc, it was finally revealed that Jaegyeon Na has another title, the Half-Assed King. At first, nobody really understood why he was called that. But now it makes more sense. Incheon does not have just one king, like the other regions. It actually has two kings. Jaegyeon is one of them, but the second one has not been revealed yet.
Both Incheon kings have not picked a side yet. Jaegyeon Na was last seen during the Busan arc when he rushed back to Incheon after a call with James Lee. Since then, he has stayed quiet.
What Jake Kim Is Planning In Incheon
In the recent chapter, Jake Kim and Big Deal’s No.6 Lineman have gone to Incheon. It looks like they are not looking for Jaegyeon Na. They might be trying to meet the second king of Incheon. So there is a chance that Lookism Chapter 558 will focus on them trying to convince that king to join their alliance.
But Kitae Kim might not stay still. Since neither of the Incheon kings showed up at his meeting, he could go to Incheon himself or send someone strong to bring them in. This could lead to a short fight before the real war starts.
Daniel also said that he wants to meet Jaegyeon Na to find out if he is on the good side or not. He made it clear he won’t just trust anyone easily. So Jaegyeon will either team up with Daniel and Jake or choose to stay neutral since Jaegyeon and James are no longer on good terms. It is also very unlikely that both Incheon kings will support the same side.
