Blue Lock Chapter 294 will be released on February 25, Tuesday. The longest and final match of the Neo-Egoist League between France’s Paris X Gen and Germany’s Bastard Munchen is finally over.
The league matches officially started back in Chapter 159, and the BM vs PXG match began in Chapter 249, finally ending in Blue Lock Chapter 293 with Demon King Isagi scoring the final goal and securing the win.
Another match, FC Barcha vs Manshine City, also started back in Chapter 248, running alongside BM vs PXG, but it barely got any focus. It probably ended way earlier, and the author will likely just reveal the results.
With this, the Neo Egoist League’s phase 2 is pretty much done, and Bastard Munchen is the champion, as they did not lose a single match and won their final game.
However, the Neo Egoist League Arc is still ongoing and the upcoming Blue Lock Chapter 294 will focus on the Bastard Munchen’s victory celebrations.

What To Expect From Blue Lock Chapter 294?
The upcoming chapter won’t have much action it will be mostly about Bastard Munchen celebrating their win. The chapter title is “Champion” which most likely refers to BM winning the Neo Egoist League. According to a leaker, Blue Lock Chapter 294 preview says:

We will probably see more moments between Rin and Isagi, with Rin raging at Isagi for stealing the spotlight once again. This has been a pattern throughout the series, and Rin will definitely not take this loss lightly.
Ness’ Redemption Arc Was Obvious
As soon as the author started giving Ness more focus, it was clear where the story was going. Since Ness messed up BM’s first perfect goal chance due to his obsession with Kaiser, it made sense that he would be the one to assist Isagi’s winning goal.
However, it was an unintentional assist and Ness hasn’t fully given up on Kaiser. It was a challenging pass that Isagi intercepted and nobody expected another mutation from him.
Kaiser and Isagi’s Teamwork Wasn’t for Nothing
Even though Ness had the final assist, that does not mean Kaiser and Isagi working together was useless. Their perfect sync stopped Rin multiple times and played a huge role in BM’s victory. The whole team was in sync except for Ness, who finally evolved at the last moment.
Back to Being Rivals
Despite winning, Kaiser and Isagi will go back to being rivals. They both put their pride aside for the sake of winning, but at the end of the day, they are egoists.
Kaiser thought he had won the luck battle and was about to score, but Shidou ruined it for him. Then, Ness unintentionally helped Isagi score the final goal to break free of Kaiser, and Rin crowned him “Demon King Isagi.”
What Happened in Blue Lock Chapter 293?
Blue Lock Chapter 293 starts right where the last chapter ended. Everyone was locked onto the ball, but somehow, Ness was completely unmarked in the perfect blind spot. Ness was the one who got it.
At first, Ness hesitates. His instinct tells him to pass to Kaiser, like always. But then, he remembered he was not playing for Kaiser anymore. He wants to prove himself as a player.
Since no one knows what he is going to do, even Kaiser is left guessing, he starts screaming Ness’s name for a pass.
From this far out, a direct shot is impossible for Ness. He has always given easy passes to Kaiser for him to finish. But this time, he kicks the ball in a way no one expects (a spinning pass), challenging Kaiser.
The Pass Was Not Meant For Isagi
Kaiser runs for the ball, even though Shidou is onto him. But out of nowhere, Isagi breaks free from Rin and charges straight for it.
At first, it seems like Ness’ pass was meant for him, but it was not. Instead, Isagi goes through another awakening and intercepts the pass on his own. Without hesitation, Isagi fires the shot straight into the goal, securing Bastard Munchen’s victory.
