Taiki Will Apologize To Chinatsu in Blue Box Episode 15

Blue Box Episode 15 is set to finish the Nationals Arc and probably start the Cultural Festival Arc. Chinatsu is already feeling down after losing her match at nationals, and things get even harder for her as her senior teammates leave the team to focus on entrance exams.

When Chinatsu heads home after her match, things feel weird between her and Taiki. She thinks he lied about going out with friends to the festival to cover up the fact that he was actually on a date with Hina. But we all know that’s not true, it is just a big misunderstanding.

To make things worse, Hina confessed her feelings to Taiki, which really put him in a tough spot. Later, Chinatsu saw Taiki and Hina entering the practice room together, right after Hina teased Taiki with another confession.

This just made things even messier between Taiki and Chinatsu. We will get to see how Taiki will clear things up with Chinatsu in Blue Box Episode 15.

Warning Spoilers Ahead

What To Expect From Blue Box Episode 15?

Blue Box Episode 15 will show Chinatsu Senpai’s birthday being celebrated by her basketball team. Her birthday is revealed to be on August 26, and she is now 17 years old. The upcoming episode will most likely adapt manga chapters 45, 46, 47, and 48 (half).

Kyo teases Taiki, asking if he even knew about her birthday since he didn’t bring a gift. Taiki admits that ever since Chinatsu started living with him, he has learned a lot about her, and yes, he knew her birthday, but he just couldn’t figure out what to give her.

Later, Taiki decides to talk to Hina first and makes it clear that he is only interested in Chinatsu and will do everything he can to make things work with her.

Chinatsu, on the other hand, is still upset both about losing the match and the misunderstanding with Taiki. But Taiki decides it is time to fix things between them.

On Chinatsu’s birthday, Taiki takes her to the sea to celebrate. He even brings a cake, and they have a small celebration.

But then it starts raining, and because of a landslide, the train stops working, meaning they can’t get back home. They decide to stay at an inn for the night.

While they are at the inn, Taiki apologizes to Chinatsu and clears up everything about Hina. Chinatsu also apologizes for keeping her distance from Taiki. They end up sharing the same room for the night too.

Blue Box Episode 14 Recap

Blue Box Episode 14 has not been released globally yet, but you can watch it on Netflix Japan. It is also available on some pirated sites, but I don’t recommend those.

In this episode, Chinatsu and her team win their first match at nationals. But right after, Nagisa drops some tough news, Yoshitani and Koike, the senior players, are leaving the team to prepare for their entrance exams.

Chinatsu feels crushed since their departure means all the pressure now falls on Nagisa, who is only a second-year but the team’s most valuable player. Nagisa, though, tells Chinatsu to pull herself together and stay strong.

Meanwhile, Taiki is at the gym, practicing a confession to Chinatsu while shooting hoops. After a few tries, he cringes at himself and laughs it off.

Hina shows up, and he asks about her nationals. She casually demands he treat her to taiyaki. Later she reveals that she got third place.

The two head to a nearby park, but Taiki’s mind is on Chinatsu’s match, wondering how she’s doing. Out of nowhere, Hina confesses her feelings to him, saying she likes him.

Taiki, caught off guard, admits no one has ever confessed to him before. Things get awkward because he doesn’t see her that way, but Hina brushes it off, saying she doesn’t need an answer right now since she knows he likes Chinatsu.

When Taiki gets home, his mom tells him that Chinatsu’s team lost their match. He feels bad for her. At school the next day, he runs into Hina, and things are still a bit weird between them.

She jokingly brings up her confession again, but Chinatsu sees them together. With everything that’s happened, her team losing, her senior teammates leaving, and now seeing Taiki and Hina together. it looks like her heart might be breaking a little.
