The match ended 4-3, giving Ego full control of the Japan National Team as promised by the Japan Football Union.
This season concluded Phase 1 of Blue Lock, and at the end, Ego revealed the next phase, the ‘Neo Egoist League‘ which will be covered in Season 3.

The manga is still in the middle of the NEL arc, with 32 volumes released so far. Blue Lock Volume 33 set to release in March next year, will conclude the NEL tournament.
Which Manga Chapter Does Blue Lock Season 2 End On?
The latest season started adapting the manga from Chapter 95, which is part of the Third Selection Arc. Partway through, the U-20 Arc began at Chapter 109. Blue Lock Season 2 ended on Chapter 149, wrapping up most of the U-20 Arc. If you are thinking about purchasing the Volume, the upcoming Neo Egoist League starts in Volume 18.
However, two chapters from the U-20 Arc, 150 and 151, are still left. These might either be included in Season 3 or just skipped, with Season 3 starting directly from Chapter 152.
