The anime will air in July 2025 and will continue the Seishun Buta Yarou series, now moving into the College Student Arc from the light novel.

Prologue:
Puberty Syndrome, A strange phenomenon rumored to be caused by unstable emotions.
After encountering multiple girls suffering from Puberty Syndrome in high school, Sakuta Azusagawa is now a university student. He and his girlfriend, Mai Sakurajima, a famous actress, enroll at a university in Kanazawa-hakkei. But one day, Sakuta meets an out-of-season miniskirt Santa who tells him:
“I’m surprised. So, you can see me.”
Something about this feels familiar. The miniskirt Santa, who claims she can gift Puberty Syndrome, introduces herself:
“My name… is Toko Kirishima.”
From precognitive dreams to mysterious online singers and poltergeists trending on social media, Sakuta finds himself caught in another strange mystery.
With Sakuta now in university, another supernatural mystery begins.
