My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Episode 4 will be released on 28th April, 2025 at 11:30 pm JST on Netflix and other streaming platforms. The anime has now brought together the three main characters, and they have finally formed their vigilante team. Their main goal right now is to track down the person who is distributing a drug called Trigger. This drug boosts Quirk powers and even gives normal people some hero-like abilities.
This drug also makes the person lose control and go crazy. A way to tell if someone has used the drug revealed in the anime is that their tongue turns black after taking it. In the last episode called “Bee”, we also got introduced to Kuin Hachisuka, one of the main villains in Vigilantes.
She has a Quirk called Queen Bee. It lets her control small wasp-like creatures that live inside her body. These bees act like drones for her and can inject the Trigger drug into people. Kuin used her bees to infect a lot of civilians, causing chaos all over the town. The pro heroes came fast and managed to calm things down, but they could not figure out who was behind it.
Meanwhile, Knuckleduster caught one of the bees and destroyed it. Turns out, whenever a bee gets destroyed, Kuin feels the pain too, because the bees are actually connected to her body.

What To Expect From My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Episode 4
My Hero Academia: Vigilantes Episode 4 will focus on more injected instant villains. Kuin Hachisuka is not done yet, she will inject even more civilians with the Trigger drug, turning them into rampaging monsters. The Vigilantes team will be in action again, trying to control the mess and stop the civilians without causing too much damage. In the middle of all this, Koichi Haimawari (The Crawler) will meet a pro hero who has a similar quirk.
According to the official previews, he will meet Ingenium, the pro hero known for his turbo speed. Ingenium will see potential in Koichi and even offer him a chance to join his agency. The official synopsis for Episode 4 is already out, too:
