Takata-sensei, the original author, shared their thoughts on the anime adaptation:
“The fans have been waiting for this announcement, maybe even more than I have. It’s been over a year since we first mentioned the anime in September 2023, but it’s great to finally share the news. While I can’t reveal too much now, I’m excited for what’s coming in 2026. In the meantime, I hope you continue enjoying both the original series and the comic adaptation.”
