Yoshida, Yoru, and Denji are finally back in the real world after making a deal with the Aging Devil. But now that they are out, the alliance they had inside the Aging World does not mean anything anymore. It was just to escape.
Yoru has finally revealed herself as the War Devil. Before this, Denji only knew Asa. He had no idea that Asa and Yoru were two different beings, just like how Denji has Pochita (Chainsaw Man).

Asa’s goal was always to separate Denji from Chainsaw Man so he could live a normal life. But Yoru wanted to defeat Chainsaw Man and take his power as a weapon to become the strongest devil.
Now, that she has completed half of that goal, Chainsaw Man is defeated. But she still has not turned his power into her own.
Public Safety’s plan was to use Chainsaw Man to erase the concept of aging from the world, making it easier to fight the Death Devil.
Because if Death Devil arrives, humanity has no way to stop her. But now that the Aging Devil is out of the picture, their only option is to force Yoru to turn Chainsaw Man into her mindless weapon so she can fight Death Devil when the time comes.
Denji and Yoru both have a big grudge against Yoshida. Even though Denji is not completely out for blood, Public Safety got Nayuta killed just to bring out Chainsaw Man for their own goals.
That alone was enough for him to try and shoot Yoshida. But the gun was empty. Yoshida had hoped Denji would forgive him and Fumiko.
But this shows he still wants to hold Public Safety accountable, even though he is still processing everything right now. Pretty sure, Chainsaw Man will suddenly show up.
Meanwhile, Yoshida cut off Asa/Yoru’s arm during the fight (which wasn’t fully shown). But Yoru was able to replace it by turning her “children” the Gun Devil and the Tank Devil, into weapons for her hands.
Denji did not go full Chainsaw Man on Yoshida yet, but Yoru stood up and used her ‘bang’ ability on him. It is still unclear if she actually hit him or if Asa stopped her at the last second. Asa is already on the verge of a mental breakdown because Yoru keeps using her body to kill people.

Will Yoshida Survive Yoru’s ‘Bang’?
In Chainsaw Man Chapter 191, things got more intense, but Yoru does not seem too worried about Death Devil showing up. Even after beating Chainsaw Man in the Aging Devil arc, she hasn’t tried to do anything with his powers yet.
Denji also has not transformed into Chainsaw Man. And Fami stayed quiet the whole time. She does not care about Denji and Public Safety’s problems.
Her only goal is to defeat her older sister, the Death Devil. Whether it is Yoru who does it or someone else, she does not mind, she originally came up with the plan that Yoru can turn Chainsaw Man into a weapon. But it is still unknown if she had anything to do with Nayuta’s death.
Denji believes Public Safety killed Nayuta. Back in Chapter 170, Barem mentioned that all Public Safety wants is to use a small part of Chainsaw Man’s power (his ability to erase devils and concepts).
But Fujimoto has not confirmed who actually killed Nayuta yet. It could have been Chainsaw Man Church, or it really could have been Public Safety.
When Denji told Yoshida, “This is why you killed Nayuta” Yoshida did not confirm or deny it. Instead, he handed Denji a gun and offered him a deal, if Denji becomes a weapon, he can take his revenge and kill Yoshida and Fumiko. But that still does not prove they were behind Nayuta’s death.
Most likely, Yoshida will survive Yoru’s ‘bang’ because Asa will take over at the last second. Death Devil’s arrival is coming soon, and according to the Prophecy of Nostradamus, she will bring an extinction event that wipes out both humans and devils.
So, there is a good chance they’ll all have to form an alliance. The fact that Denji has not turned into Chainsaw Man yet shows he still is not sure who actually killed Nayuta.
But Barem showing up could push Denji to go full Chainsaw Man again. He was killed back in Chapter 171, but since he is a hybrid with the Flamethrower Devil inside him, he can come back. Still, Barem showing up in Chapter 192 does not seem very likely.
