The Neo Egoist League was made to help players get ready for the U-20 World Cup. Every player picked a country from five options: Germany, England, Spain, Italy, or France. They trained with top U-20 teams from those countries and learned from real pro strikers.

After that, all Blue Lock players joined the league tournament called the Neo Egoist League. Their performance was tracked using Blue Lock Auction. In this system, football clubs like Paris X Gen, Bastard Munchen, FC Barcha, etc, placed bids on players based on how good they played. The top 23 players from the ranking were chosen to represent Japan in the U-20 World Cup.

The final match of the arc was Bastard Munchen vs Paris X Gen. Bastard Munchen won and became the Neo Egoist League champion.
