Blue Lock Chapter 301 will be released on 6th May and will introduce a new arc. The Neo Egoist League arc has officially ended now. Even though the matches ended back in chapter 294, the author decided to show the flashback from the FC Barcha vs Manshine City match just to show us why Nagi did not make it to the top 23 players.

Nagi has now left Blue Lock through the loser’s gate. Ego told everyone who did not make it to the top 23 to “lock off” and leave. So now, only the top 23 are left, and they will be moving on to the next phase, forming Japan’s U-20 World Cup team.

To read Blue Lock, you will need to download the K-Manga app by Kodansha. The app lets you read chapters for free, but the latest three chapters are only for paid users.
The problem is that K-Manga is not available everywhere. If it is not available in your country yet, you will have to wait for Kodansha to expand the service. But do not worry, spoilers always come out early, so you won’t completely miss out on what happens!

What To Expect From Blue Lock Chapter 301?
The next chapter will begin the third and final phase of Blue Lock. The sixth arc is finally done now, and the seventh one will start in Blue Lock Chapter 301. The last arc was actually the longest one so far, it started all the way back in Chapter 152 and ended at 300.
This new arc is also going to be a long one since it is going to cover the full U-20 World Cup. The 23 players who made it through will now train and compete on an international level, and a full team will be formed with just these 23 guys. I am really curious to see what kind of team and formation Ego will come up with this time. Here is my formation speculation, though!

Since there are 23 players, the team is going to be rotated in every match. But I feel like this might be the first formation we will see in the World Cup, maybe with Baro and Shidou switching between center mid and center forward. What do you think about the lineup?
