Blue Box Episode 24 will be released on March 13 in Japan and it is going to break alot of hearts as a ship sinks for good.
The anime, based on Kouji Miura’s manga, is close to concluding its first season. The upcoming episode is the second last episode, with the final episode confirmed to be Episode 25. From the start, Netflix and the producers announced that Season 1 would run for two cours straight.
Right now, the anime is adapting the Autumn Training Arc, which will likely be the last arc covered this season.
Taiki’s Inner Conflict About His Feelings
The latest episode showed Taiki Inomata struggling with his feelings for Chinatsu and dealing with the confusion caused by Hina’s confession.
Even though Taiki always believed he liked Chinatsu, the last episode showed that his heart skips a beat around Hina too.
Taiki starts questioning his feelings after Matsuoka asks if he is just a fan of Chinatsu, and Nagisa wonders why he acts like her boyfriend when he gets worried about her jogging alone.
Matsuoka then admits he once admired an upperclassman, which makes Taiki think—does he love Chinatsu, or is it just admiration?
Taiki Finally Finds Clarity
Taiki gets so worried about Chinatsu jogging alone at night that he decides to go for a jog too. During this, he struggles with his feelings but finally starts to accept the truth.
He realizes he now sees Hina as just a friend again, showing that his past confusing feelings for her are gone. He also understands that while his feelings for Chinatsu include admiration, he still wants to be by her side.
Now that he knows how he truly feels, Taiki is finally ready to answer Hina’s confession in Episode 24.
When Will Blue Box Episode 24 Release?
According to the global release schedule on Netflix, Blue Box Episode 24 will be released on 20th March. Thursday at 8:00 a.m. PT (Pacific Daylight Time).
However, in Japan, Blue Box Episode 24 will be released on the 13th of March, Thursday at 12:00 AM JST as Netflix Japan is one episode ahead. I have attached the complete schedule of the upcoming episode below!

What To Expect From Blue Box Episode 24?
The Autumn Training Arc is not just about the joint training camp. Fans have been waiting for this arc because it has a big moment that changes everything for a certain ‘ship’.
In Blue Box Episode 24, the love triangle between Taiki, Hina, and Chinatsu finally ends. Taiki has fully accepted his feelings for Chinatsu, and he is finally going to reject Hina.
Hina’s Struggle After Confessing
Hina already knew Taiki liked Chinatsu, but she still confessed her feelings to him. She is hurting inside, but at the same time, she enjoys teasing Taiki and watching him turn red whenever she brings it up.
She also wanted Taiki to play the prince in the Cultural Festival Play, and it actually happened after the original actor got injured.
Even though she knows Taiki loves Chinatsu, she still holds onto hope. She wonders what it would be like if Taiki accepted her feelings. Since Taiki has not confessed to Chinatsu yet, she keeps thinking maybe, just maybe, he will choose her instead.
A Campfire and One Last Hope
Later that night, the school lights up a campfire to celebrate the success of the training camp. Ayame sees this as an opportunity to bring Taiki and Hina closer.
She tricks Hina into going to the gym at the same time as Taiki as he forgets his jacket there, and Ayame tells Hina to grab the sound system.
At the gym, Taiki finds Hina, and they talk for a while. Since they are both tired, they sit down and watch the campfire from the floor.
As they go through old memories, Hina brings up a question from a game night when Kyo had saved Taiki from answering. She asks him who he was going to choose back then. Before Taiki can answer, Hina answers for him, she jokes that she already knows it was Chinatsu.
Taiki’s Final Answer
In the moment, Hina confesses again. But this time, she tries to run away immediately after. Taiki stops her. He finally tells her the truth, he can’t go out with her.
Hina says she does not want an answer yet and tells Taiki not to regret his decision. But Taiki is firm. No matter what, Chinatsu is the one he loves.
Hina runs off and meets Ayame outside. She tells her, “Taiki won’t ever feel the same way about me.” And just like that, a ship sinks.
Even though many fans already knew Taiki and Chinatsu were the endgame, a lot of people were still rooting for Hina and Taiki. But Blue Box Episode 24 is finally going to end this love triangle.
